Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept exchanges if they are defective or damaged which are not caused by post. Please note that only full priced items may be returned. Sale, clearance, and one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for return.

The customer must ship back within 7 days of initiating the return/exchange and include a tracking number. We do not provide shipping costs for returns and exchanges in any condition. For returns over $50 USD, we suggest purchasing postal insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The exchanged items will be shipped out 7 days after receiving the item.

Refunds

We have a strict NO REFUND policy. All purchases are final.
